52books: Weekend Decorating Tips from 52books: Need a bedside table? Can’t find one you like on a limited budget? Choose books! Go to your local used book store and get the biggest, oldest, most out of date books you can find. Ideally, these should not cost more than $1 each. Then, go home and stack them up. Add a lamp of your liking. The best part of this project is that if the need arises, it can teach you how to bake a pie, do business without taxes, save endangered species, and find Lithuania on a map. Can’t beat it! **This DIY will make you look smarter than you are, but it does not include a drawer.  I should remember to do this next year in my dorm room.
